The Job :

As a Lead Category Sourcing Manager, you'll be part of our Global Supply Chain Sourcing team working as a hybrid employee. You'll get to :

• 5+ years Procurement (Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management) experience with global, complex, strategic initiatives / corporate environment required. Management consulting background preferred.
• 5+ years IT Technology category (hardware, software, IT related labor) required. Software focus required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Legal, or other quantitative discipline. MBA preferred.
• Expert Level proficiency in Excel (VBA / macros not required), Strong Contract Negotiator.
• Core Competencies : Analytical Skills (Data / Financial / Price Analysis), Project / Time Management, Problem Solving, Communication / Presentation, Results Orientation, Contract Interpretational Accuracy, Relationship Building, Business & Professional Acumen.
