A company is looking for a Network Partnerships Manager, responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships in digital healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage partnerships to fulfill home care service needs and ensure compliance with CMS

Collaborate with internal teams to support patient care and enhance partner success

Track service delivery and maintain critical datasets and tools for effective partnership management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field

3+ years of experience in partner management, program management, or healthcare operations

Experience with home care agencies and familiarity with CMS or Medicare programs is a plus
