Job Description
This position covers multiple sites located in Joliet and Lockport, IL.
The Human Resource Business Partner oversees all aspects of the sourcing and recruiting of candidates for both salaried and hourly positions. In addition, operates as a strategic business partner within one of the ID Logistics distribution sites, supporting 2 other regional sites. This individual will support programs to foster a positive and engaged environment, communicating policies and working with local management to resolve associate relations issues as needed.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or business-related field preferred.
• SHRM CP-SCP/PHR/SPHR helpful.
• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience that includes accountability for the HR functions in a diverse environment.
• 5+ years with an hourly workforce in a fast-paced environment required.
• 5+ years strong recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written skill set.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience with ADP platforms, including E-Time, Enterprise, ADPRM helpful.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule within a 24/7 operation, to include some weekend shifts
