Based in our Chanhassen, MN location, you will provide front line PC support for manufacturing operations in Chanhassen, MN and Eden Prairie, MN that generate over $1 billion in sales each year. You will help support custom software running on >

600 Windows PCs across various manufacturing lines and be integral to keeping our systems up and running. As a member of our Manufacturing Software and Data Support team, you will also have opportunities to grow into various technologies that span both software and hardware! In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Responding to software, PC, or peripheral device (barcode scanners, label printers, issues in our manufacturing lines; troubleshoot and fix or escalate the issues as appropriate
• Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with our production, technician, and engineering staff
• Communicating, and coordinating when necessary, floor support activities and initiatives with our team in Beijing, China
• Documenting production support issues and procedures as needed to reduce rework and increase the knowledge of our team
• Interfacing with our local and corporate IT teams to resolve and escalate issues when appropriate
• Helping identify innovations that reduce the time or work associated with support tasks
• Helping implement large scale infrastructure projects (. migration to Windows 11 is a recent example)
• Providing off-hours support as needed (infrequent)

Our compensation philosophy is simple : we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
