[job_card.job_description]Shift premiums for unique hours Annual performance-based increases Benefits : Health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more Flexible Spending Accounts for healthcare and dependent expenses Educational assistance and family benefits Self-Scheduled Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am) FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter) Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units Adapt quickly to different workflows while ensuring clinical excellence Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care Experience : Minimum of 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry nursing (2 years preferred) Flexibility : Must meet scheduling needs including weekends and holidays Receive training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training Deliver safe, therapeutic patient care Implement individualized care plans and evaluate their effectiveness Promote patient safety and participate in quality improvement initiatives Active RN license in the state of practice BLS certification from the American Heart Association
