Role Summary

As an experienced Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in supporting our Partnerships vertical – designing pitch decks, visual assets, partner‑facing concepts and activation materials, ensuring the brand is represented at the highest level in every commercial interaction.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling pitch decks, proposals and commercial presentations
• Develop design assets for partnership activations, signage, social extensions and events
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Brand and Creative teams to align creative direction
• Maintain brand consistency across all partner touchpoints
• Support concepting for new partnership opportunities and co‑branded campaigns
• Deliver high‑quality design quickly in a fast‑moving environment
• Design branded assets for internal and external usage to support the wider brand strategy and partner activations
• Continuously contribute creative ideas to help build and shape our identity
• Work at various race weekends as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or related field
• Prior motorsport experience is essential
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience producing digital and print graphics
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro or Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word)
• Insightful and up‑to‑date with latest design trends and technology
• Comfortable working in high‑pressure environments with excellent time‑management and ability to manage multiple projects
