Join a well-respected community hospital as the Medical Director of Hospital Medicine, leading a dynamic inpatient care team. This role offers full-time leadership responsibilities with a focus on quality, safety, and operational excellence in a collaborative environment.

Shift Details

  • Full-time, Day Shift : Monday-Friday, 40-50 hours per week
  • No weekends or on-call responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary : $325,000-$350,000 annually, based on experience
  • Sign-on bonus available
  • Relocation assistance available

    • Your Role

  • Lead and manage the Hospital Medicine team
  • Oversee inpatient care delivery and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to implement best practices
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital protocols
  • Support recruitment, retention, and training within the department
  • Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and workflow

    • Job Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 2 years) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • NY medical license or willingness to obtain
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting
  • Clean malpractice and license history
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA certifications required
