Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership in the design and evolution of a scalable SaaS platform for human services

Architect and extend a microservices ecosystem for high configurability in data modeling and integrations

Guide and mentor engineers, ensuring best practices in software design and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)

8-12 years of experience as a software engineer

Experience architecting microservice web applications, particularly with Java

Experience leading feature development and mentoring team members

Strong background in SaaS software engineering principles
