[job_card.job_description]Work 3x12 hour shifts in Med / Surg Telemetry Day / Night rotating schedule : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM / 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM Shifts may be variable if needed to meet operational needs of the hospital Must work at least every other holiday 18 months of permanent experience in specialty required prior to travel assignments 18 months of recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience required (travel experience acceptable) Permanent Ohio license or compact state license required in hand Required certifications : AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation with acceptable scores Maximum of 2 attempts to pass assessments or contract will be canceled Use Qualivis Lotus system for submitting hours worked Badge pickup and onsite fingerprinting required prior to start date Complete pre-start modules (billable up to 4 hours maximum) One supervisory reference from specialty area required for submission Referral bonus
