Job Description

ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio.

Job Details : \n

  • Work 3x12 hour shifts with day / night rotating schedule : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM / 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM

    • \n

  • Shifts may be variable if needed to meet operational needs of the hospital

    • \n

  • Must work at least every other holiday

    • \n

  • 18 months of permanent experience in specialty required prior to travel assignments

    • \n

  • 18 months of recent Med / Surg Tele experience required (travel experience acceptable)

    • \n

  • Permanent Ohio license or compact state license required

    • \n

  • Required certifications : AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS

    • \n

  • Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation with acceptable scores required

    • \n

  • Maximum of 2 attempts to pass assessments or contract will be canceled

    • \n

  • Use Qualivis Lotus system for submitting hours worked

    • \n

  • Pick up badge and complete onsite fingerprints at facility prior to start date

    • \n

  • Complete pre-start modules (billable up to 4 hours maximum)

    • \n

  • BCI / FBI fingerprints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
