[job_card.job_description]Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Regularly visit customers on-site to assess product needs, offer solutions, and promote new or upgraded product offerings. Provide technical and product knowledge support to clients to ensure they understand the advantages of our products. Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. Communicate new product developments and innovations to customers. Collaborate with internal teams (inside sales reps, production, transportation, etc.) to address customer-specific requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and forecasts Prepare and submit regular sales reports, track performance and progress toward goals. Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on all quotes, orders, and customer inquiries. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the manufacturing or construction / building industries. Knowledge of glass products, manufacturing processes, or architecture is a significant advantage. Competitive base salary plus commission structure. Total compensation package will range from $80k to $200k+ Competitive Health, dental, and vision insurance programs. 401(k) with company match. Paid time off (Vacation), Paid Sick Leave and Paid Holidays. Electronic tools provided (i.e. laptop, phone, etc), auto allowance and business expenses are included as part of our compensation package. Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in manufacturing or construction industry (glass manufacturing experience is a plus). Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management. Ability to present and promote complex products effectively to diverse clients. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving goals and KPIs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Business Development : Identify and prospect new clients in various industries, such as construction, architecture, and interior design.
