Service Writer

The Service Writer plays a crucial role in our Truck Rental Service Department by acting as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This position is responsible for accurately documenting customer service requests, ensuring that all necessary information is collected to facilitate efficient service delivery. The Service Writer will also coordinate with technicians to prioritize and schedule repairs, while maintaining clear communication with customers regarding the status of their service requests. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective service solutions. Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
