Our AI tech client is seeking a highly collaborative and experienced Visual Design Systems Specialist. This role will be pivotal in defining and executing the visual language of our products through a robust, scalable component library.

• Component Library Ownership : Focus on the visual design and execution of our component-level design system, including building, maintaining, and evolving a comprehensive component library.
• Visual Fidelity & Scale : Ensure all components adhere to high standards of visual design quality and are designed to scale effectively across all products and platforms within the company.
• Deep Collaboration & Iteration : Engage in highly collaborative, fast-paced iteration cycles with the team, including frequent back-and-forth work with the Design Lead and Cody Smith.
• Advocacy & Adoption (Plus) : Contribute to the evangelism and adoption of the design system across the organization by developing documentation and guidelines (Experience in driving adoption is a strong bonus).
• Meeting & Time Zone Coverage : Due to the highly collaborative nature of this role, maintaining consistent meeting availability and time zone coverage with key team members is essential.
