Internal Medicine Physician at Annashae Consulting and Staffing summary :

An Internal Medicine Physician responsible for conducting physical examinations, diagnosing illnesses, and providing treatment. This role includes ordering lab tests, analyzing results, and referring patients to specialists when necessary while maintaining accurate and timely medical records. The physician must hold an unrestricted Ohio license and provide Medication Assisted Therapy for opioid addiction, with flexible scheduling and on-call availability.

Provider Pay : $500 per week

PHYSICIAN DUTIES

  • Physical examinations and history
  • Diagnosis and treatment
  • Lab and x-ray orders and analysis
  • Referrals to specialists when necessary
  • Complete, legible, accurate, timely medical records

PHYSICIAN QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current unrestricted Ohio license
  • Current DEA certificate
  • Must be able to provide Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) services for opioid addiction

    • HOURS

  • Flexible Scheduling
  • 3-4 Hours Minimum
  • On Call 24 / 7

  • Number of inpatient beds : 200
  • Length of stay : days (max)
  • Adults only 20% female 80% male
  • No infirmary : all residents ambulatory
  • Mental health cases : 30% & referred out by clinical managers
  • Average age of inpatient population : 25
  • Most common diagnosis : cold, flu, strep throat, skin lesions, etc
  • Psychotropic meds : doctors do not have to prescribe; patients pay for their own
