PRN RN Hospice Admissions Nurse

Overview

• This position is based in Lakeland, FL and requires travel within the Polk County territory. It is PRN 10 hours / Week Flex Schedule. Are you looking for a rewarding career in hospice? Hospice RNs utilize and leverage :

Orientation, Onboarding & Training

You will then continue your on-boarding working directly with nurses in our program. On average our orientation for an RN is 7-9 weeks, however is individualized according to your needs and experience.

Responsibilities

Performs initial nursing assessment on new admissions.

Qualifications

Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.
