Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive repair and maintenance services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assessing and understanding customers' vehicle needs, answering questions, and recommending appropriate services.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of automotive services and repair procedures to effectively communicate with customers and technicians.
• Create detailed service estimates and repair orders, ensuring clear communication of services and costs to customers.
• Manage and prioritize daily service appointments, coordinating vehicle drop-off, pick-up, and repair timelines.
• Facilitate communication between customers and our team of experienced technicians.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient service process by utilizing state-of-the-art shop management, labor, and parts lookup systems.
• Attend regular shop meetings to foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, management, and ownership.
• Work as part of a cohesive team, understanding that teamwork is essential to our success.
• Uphold our commitment to industry leadership and excellence, setting high standards for customer service.
• Actively participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of automotive experience (Preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience (Required).
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using shop management and parts lookup systems.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
