Regional Manager of Operations – Behavioral Health | Remote + Travel
Behavioral Health Services company is seeking a Regional Manager of Operations to lead and grow our behavioral health programs across long-term care and outpatient settings. Company operates in 11 states and is one of the nation’s largest providers of psychology and psychiatry services.
Role Overview
The Regional Manager oversees operational performance, provider productivity, facility relationships, and regional growth. This role is a blend of remote work and field travel (up to 75%) and requires strong healthcare operations and skilled nursing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive operational and financial performance across assigned territory
Monitor KPIs : visit volume, productivity, penetration, turnover
Lead and support multi-disciplinary clinical teams
Manage facility relationships and conduct quarterly on-site visits
Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and retain providers
Support new facility start-ups and expansion opportunities
Collaborate with leadership on strategic and performance initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
Minimum 3 years healthcare operations leadership
Skilled nursing / long-term care experience required
Behavioral health experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to travel up to 75% (including overnight travel)
