Our Story

We started out as a small operation in California. In May 1969, we acquired four hospitals, some additional care facilities and real estate for the future development of hospitals. Over the years, we've grown tremendously in size, scope and capability, building a home in new markets over time, and curating those homes to provide a compassionate environment for those entrusting us with their care.

The Surgical Technologist is responsible for aseptic technique, setting up the required equipment, instrumentation and sterile supplies as needed for their assigned cases; scrubbing and passing instruments and equipment during surgical procedures; pulling cases as needed, breaking down cases at the end of the procedure, sets up operating room and supplies needed for day / following days schedule. Available for call on an assigned scheduled basis as required by unit need. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Surgical Technologist demonstrates basic knowledge and skills in the scrub role, necessary to provide assistance during surgical procedures performed in the department.

Education :

Required : Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited surgical technology program.

Preferred : Associate degree.

Experience : Preferred : 1 year.

Certifications :

Required : AHA BLS, Surgical Technologist certification.
