Pay Range : $75 - $79.50 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Functional Experience in Adaptive Workforce Planning
• Good understanding of workforce planning models for headcount, fulfilment & Gaps, Supply vs demand, and scenario analysis.
• Working experience on custom calculations, assumptions, and business rules.
• Configure, test, and implement business requirements for Adaptive Workforce Planning.
• Assess client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
• Design and support an Adaptive security framework to ensure consistent governance.
• Develop support documentation and establish best practices for ongoing maintenance.
• Track and evaluate Workday bi-annual releases to leverage new functionality.
• Explore innovative uses of Adaptive Planning beyond workforce planning to drive insights.
• Engage in client-facing interactions, including presenting system functionality and gathering feedback.
• Collaborate with integration partners to incorporate external data into Adaptive Planning.
