We are currently in search of a Finance Administrator for a College Alumnae Association based in New Brunswick, NJ . This is a full time, temp-to-perm position with an anticipated hourly rate between $24-$26 / hr commensurate on experience This role is expected to begin ASAP.

ORGANIZATION TYPE : College Alumni Association

LOCATION : On-site in New Brunswick, NJ (possibility of 2 remote days once position turns permanent)

POSITION TITLE : Finance Administrator

SCHEDULE : Full-time : Mon-Thurs (8 : 30am-6pm ), 34 hours per week, 1 hour lunch, Fridays off

DURATION : Temporary to permanent

HOURLY RATE : $24-$26 / hour

Our Ideal Candidate :

• Associates degree in related field, Bachelor's preferred
• 3+ years work experience in a corporate or nonprofit environment
• Proven administrative, bookkeeping, planning, organizational, and problem solving skills, and constituent relations experience
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
• Experience with Momentive MIP accounting and Donor Perfect constituent management software preferred
• Well organized, detail oriented and self motivated
• Excellent communication skills with integrity and tact in handling confidential information.
