[job_card.job_description]Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff at the front desk, providing customer service in accordance with Allied Universal procedures and site-specific policies. Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, security-related incidents, and any unusual occurrences at the front desk. Communicate with Allied Universal management and site staff regarding security-related concerns, emergencies, or policy violations as needed. Support emergency response activities from the front desk, such as directing first responders and communicating vital information. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Allied Universal at the location. At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. Must be at least 21 years of age. A guard card or license is preferred. CPR and first aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
