Responsibilities

• Schedule all surgeries and coordinate pre‑op testing for patients.
• Obtain consent forms and necessary authorization prior to surgery.
• Walk patients through instructions, arrival time, and transportation arrangements.
• Work with physicians to align preferences for surgeries and pre‑op testing, and arrange meetings as needed.
• Coordinate physician schedules around surgeries.
