Responsibilities
Primary Objectives
- Build, implement, and manage all systems for leadership team, agents, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
- This person is the director of operations for the team leader and ensures that all operations and systems are functioning at maximum efficiency
- Create content, schedule and maintain social media platforms
- Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
- Create marketing content for print and email campaigns
- Maintain with the team leader the recruiting pipeline and follow up systems
- Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members
