Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed. Overview

Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure peak performance.
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs to meet production specifications.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Conduct inspections and tests on machinery to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of machine performance.
- Train and support team members on CNC programming and maintenance best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest CNC technologies and industry trends.
