Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure peak performance.
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs to meet production specifications.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Conduct inspections and tests on machinery to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of machine performance.
- Train and support team members on CNC programming and maintenance best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest CNC technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC programming or maintenance preferred.Experience with aluminum castings and high volume production is preferred.Proven experience in CNC programming and machine maintenance.Strong understanding of CNC machinery, tools, and programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.You should be proficient in :
