A company is looking for a Senior TechOps Engineer to enhance customer experience across its products.
Key Responsibilities
Drive measurable improvements to customer experience by resolving complex issues and removing friction points
Lead high-severity customer escalations, managing end-to-end resolution and creating quality documentation
Execute plugin strategy to improve customer confidence and predictability regarding product upgrades
Required Qualifications
Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as TechOps, Support escalation, or SRE / DevOps
Familiarity with NetBox and its ecosystem, including APIs and plugins
Proficiency in Python and SQL, with knowledge of Django and Postgres
Solid Linux system administration skills
Strong incident prioritization and leadership abilities
