Location - Kearny Mesa, CA

Shift - 1st Shift (7 : 00AM - 3 : 30PM Mon - Fri)

Pay Rate - $23 -26 / HR depending on experience

Job Description

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and electromechanical builds meet customer specifications, industry standards, and internal quality requirements. This role involves performing detailed inspections and documentation to maintain compliance with IPC standards and AS9100 / ISO9001 quality systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with production and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and electromechanical builds.
• Ensure compliance with IPC standards and AS9100 / ISO9001 quality systems.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with production and quality teams to address nonconformance issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and fixture setup.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 / hr.
