Job description : Customer Service Representative
What You’ll Do
- Answering customer inquiries and providing information about services offered.
- Scheduling appointments for plumbing and HVAC services.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Upselling additional services or products to customers when appropriate.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Outbound calls to follow up on missed opportunities or to schedule seasonal appointments for members
- Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer service experience.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you need :
Experience : 2+ years of customer service experienceExperience working with Service TitanBi-Lingual : this is a MUST for this position.Valid Driver's License : A clean driving record is essential.Background Check : Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test.Growth Mindset : A desire to learn and earn significantly while adhering to high ethical standards.Willing to work until 5pm Mon-Fri and be on a Saturday rotation (OT)About Us
