Job Duties :

Coordinates all station ground operations relating to the operational interface between aircraft loading / unloading activities. Performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma / GED

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities / Job Conditions

Ability to complete basic and / or recurrent training / testing. Ability to properly identify and prioritize loading / unloading procedures. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment and / or assistance from another person. Ability to operate GSE. Knowledge of FAMIS / FedEx computer systems. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. . Effectively communicate verbally in a time sensitive manner in noisy operations environment.

Job conditions

FAA-covered safety sensitive position. Subject to regulatory alcohol & drug testing, which includes testing for marijuana, PCP, amphetamines, cocaine & opioids. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Drives vehicles not covered under section 391 of the federal motor carrier safety regulations
