Researcher

A company is looking for a Researcher to support market development efforts in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Research construction projects to identify key stakeholders such as General Contractors and PlanHolders

Monitor and obtain project bidder lists and award status through outreach and documentation

Validate and cross-check project information to ensure accuracy and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in research, data entry, or construction administration

Familiarity with Google Suite, HubSpot, and internet-based research systems

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet quotas

Construction industry experience is a plus but not required

Comfortable communicating with stakeholders via email and phone
