The Registered Nurse - NICU provides specialized nursing care to premature, critically ill, or high-risk newborns within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The RN collaborates closely with families, neonatologists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure safe, evidence-based care, following ANA standards and NICU best practices.

The RN performs patient assessment, treatment planning, intervention, and evaluation, while ensuring compliance with all NICU protocols and state nursing regulations. EPIC experience is required . No scheduling variations will be accepted.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Provide 24 / 7 critical care to premature and severely ill newborns.
• Deliver primary NICU nursing care including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Use and adjust NICU-specific equipment : ventilators, CPAP, incubators, monitors, infusion pumps.
• Perform specialized neonatal procedures and maintain accurate documentation in EPIC .
