Our client is currently seeking a Program Assistant - Operational Readiness
Position Summary
The Program Assistant for Operational Readiness will support the Client's Operational Readiness team and various workforce development initiatives as the organization transitions to its new automated fare collection system. Responsibilities include internal / external communications, change management, training, reporting, stakeholder management, and additional duties as outlined below.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation of training and education programs to inform employee stakeholder groups of Client projects.
- Serve as liaison with stakeholders and vendors to ensure training offerings and materials are sufficient and timely.
- Prepare documentation related to operational needs such as Special Orders, Standard Operating Procedures, newsletters, releases, email announcements, intranet content, and videos.
- Respond to and support staff requests regarding information related to Client projects.
- Assist with test phase initiatives ensuring all requirements are fully tested, documented, and remain on schedule.
- Gather operational data and reports to identify trends and assist in strategies for customer adoption of new technology.
- Support internal employee groups with adoption of new workflow processes and technology.
- Assist with development and management of awareness, education, and transition campaigns.
- Provide regular project status updates and monitor adoption of new fare collection systems across stakeholder groups.
- Track overall project progress and escalate issues as needed.
- Respond to inquiries from customers, vendors, or co-workers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate stakeholders and assist in execution of organizational change and business continuity plans.
- Work any assigned shifts and / or locations as directed.
- Perform related duties and projects as assigned.
Work Schedule
Hybrid role requiring in-office presence 2-3 days per week.Flexibility to work varied shifts and locations as assigned.
