Salary : Up to $110,000 per annum plus bonus. Excellent benefits package included.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Management : Oversee the creation and management of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that all company financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
• Tax Planning : Coordinate with external tax advisors for timely filing and ensure optimization of tax liabilities.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable : Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring timely payment to suppliers and accurate invoicing to clients.
• Payroll : Administer company payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations.
• Internal Controls : Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Financial Analysis : Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
• Team Leadership : Train and mentor accounting department staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
• Process Improvements : Recommend and implement improvements to current financial and accounting systems and processes.
• Liaise with External Parties : Build and maintain relationships with service providers, including banking institutions and accountants.
