The ideal candidate will be professional, highly-analytical, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous behavioral health case management experience is ideal.

Responsibilities :

• Review and audit behavioral health client records
• Implement and manage an effective compliance program.
• Develop and review company policies.
• Advise management on the companys compliance with regulations through detailed reports.
• Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
• Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
• Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
• Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
• Ensure staff are up to date on all certifications, training and licensures
• Oversees the dissemination and collection of client satisfaction surveys.
• Resolve employee concerns about compliance.
• Oversee the dissemination and collection of open chart deficiencies and closed chart audits, and requests from regulatory agencies and payors for audit review.
• Additional duties as needed.
