Warehouse Specialist

As a Warehouse Specialist, one will be responsible for all warehouse duties, including but limited to shipping, receiving, picking orders, staging, and maintaining inventory levels.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Shipping and receiving using Forklifts and RF guns.
• Picking and staging orders for scheduled shipments.
• Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• Ensures all guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and OSHA standards are in compliance.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary warehouse which is audit ready at all times.
• Assures that time commitments are met for outbound and inbound shipments.
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two to Three (2-3) years of previous warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of WMS and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Previous Forklift Certification preferred.

Safety Requirements:

• Must wear steel toed boots/shoes.
• Must wear safety vest.

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
