A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proven experience in sales especially in an inside sales or call center environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to quickly understand and present information clearly. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred. Full-Time Hours : 40 hours per week schedule with overtime opportunities! Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential in driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales processes competitive energy and the ability to communicate professionally.
Duties
- Must be able to fluently and coherently speak and understand Spanish
- Engage customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
