Flex Security Officer

Location : Des Moines IA

Pay : $19.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday 0615 - 1500 / 1700

  • Weekend Availability Needed & will be stationed at various site locations

This position will give you the opportunity to gain knowledge in the various security solutions we provide to our clients while learning multiple vacates of the business. Flex Officers will gain a broad specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential.

Typical Flex Officer Objectives :

  • Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
  • Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations call-offs no shows holidays etc.
  • Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
  • Weekend and holiday availability needed.
  • Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.

    • Flex Officer Requirements :

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma OR GED.
  • Strong computer / technology skills needed.
  • Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Security experience preferred.
  • Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
  • Must have reliable means of transportation & communication.
  • Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.

    • All candidates must be able to pass a drug test & background check.
