Exciting full-time PMHNP opportunity at a beautiful new behavioral health facility in Fort Wayne, IN! TeamHealth is thrilled to partner with Maple Heights Behavioral Health, a brand-new hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to offer a rare and rewarding opportunity for a full-time PMHNP.

What Makes This Role Stand Out :

  • Consistent Monday to Friday Schedule : 8am to 5pm, no nights or weekends required
  • Freedom to maintain your private practice after hours
  • Blend of Inpatient and Outpatient Care : Primary focus on adult psychiatric admissions and treatment, with some PHP / IOP involvement for variety
  • Supportive Clinical Environment : Daily treatment team meetings, experienced leadership, and on-unit social worker and UR team
  • Beautiful, Modern Facility : Work in a recently opened, fully equipped behavioral health hospital

What You'll Do :

  • Manage a typical caseload of 14 to 16 patients / day
  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to adult psychiatric patients
  • Collaborate closely with a strong, multidisciplinary team
  • Participate in a call rotation (with extra pay) and weekend coverage (also extra pay)
