Key Responsibilities
Provide support to patients and healthcare providers via phone and electronic communication
Manage high call volumes while maintaining quality service and organization
Utilize electronic medical records and other software to assist with patient inquiries and documentation
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
Proficient with electronic medical records, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
