Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Collections Representative I to utilize collection strategies and negotiate payment arrangements on debt.

Key Responsibilities

Review accounts to determine the next course of action for resolving delinquent accounts

Utilize skip tracing techniques and collection strategies to locate consumers and negotiate payment terms

Document accounts accurately and participate in continuous improvement training sessions

Required Qualifications and Education

Minimum of 1 year of collections or sales experience preferred

High school education or GED equivalent required
