Yearly Salary : $95000-$110000

Responsibilities :

• Review project scopes drawings and specifications
• Prepare accurate proposals labor estimates and bill of materials
• Select appropriate controls sensors and equipment
• Purchase materials / equipment and manage delivery schedules
• Maintain awareness of vendor pricing and alternatives
• Oversee inventory of controls equipment and common materials
• Prepare and submit shop drawings submittals and O & M manuals
• Plan and manage multiple BAS projects from award to closeout
• Develop project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate project labor internally and with subcontractors
• Manage subcontractors for installation programming commissioning
• Work with field technicians to ensure proper installation and startup
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support as needed
• Ensure system testing balancing commissioning and documentation are complete
• Conduct final walkthroughs and training for clients
• Act as primary point of contact for assigned projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers vendors and subcontractors
