PTO & Paid Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid license renewal after 2 years of employment As an LPN, supervises direct care of senior resident and nursing personnel on assigned shift Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls. Provides direct care as necessary and complete nursing rounds Active, unrestricted LPN license in Tennessee required At least 6 months' experience working in long-term care setting preferred Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail
Job Description
Available Full-Time Shifts :
- 2nd shift : 5 days a week, Mon-Fri, 2 : 45-11 : 15p - $32.00 per hour base pay + $0.75 shift differential
- 3rd shift : 5 days a week, including every other weekend, 10 : 45 pm-7 : 15 am - $32.00 per hour base pay + $4.00 per hour shift premium
