Record Center Specialist

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Position Type : Temp-to-hire, $18.70 / hr, Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM
• Dress Code : Business Casual
• Primary Duties :
• High-end sorting of mail
• Records management, including printing and insertion
• Possible operation of high-end equipment (press, copier, bindery, QC, fulfillment, delivery, maintenance, mailroom duties)
• Physical Requirements :
• Walking, bending, twisting
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Technical Requirements :
• Basic computer usage (training provided for necessary programs)
• Work Environment :
• Fast-paced
• Must communicate clearly in English (written and verbal)
• Free parking, refrigerators, microwaves, and lockers for valuables available onsite
• Reporting Structure :
• Reports to Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager
