    About the Role :

    As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between customers and technicians—helping people make confident, informed decisions about their vehicles. You’ll sell with integrity, support your team, and help keep our shop running smoothly and efficiently.

    What You’ll Do :

  • Welcome customers with professionalism and genuine care.
  • Build trust by educating—not pressuring—customers.
  • Write and present clear, accurate repair estimates.
  • Recommend services confidently and ethically.
  • Coordinate workflow between technicians, parts, and customers.
  • Manage follow-ups to ensure customers feel supported from start to finish.
  • Support shop sales goals while keeping customer satisfaction the top priority.
  • What You Bring :

  • Proven sales and customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A positive, team-first attitude.
  • Basic automotive knowledge (or eagerness to learn).
  • Confidence in closing sales the right way.
