Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to close prospects on the first conversation
Respond to inbound inquiries and manage the full sales cycle from consultation to enrollment
Hit weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining deep product knowledge
Required Qualifications
2+ years of inside sales experience, primarily phone-based
Proven success in closing DTC sales in health, wellness, or fitness
Strong track record of meeting quotas in fast-paced environments
Experience in a startup environment or comfort with rapid change
Understanding of sales strategy and performance metrics
