The Job / What You'll Do :

As Vice President, Operations, you'll be at the helm of driving operational excellence across our organization. This role is not about maintaining the status quo it's about building processes that scale fast, executing with laser-sharp focus, and inspiring teams to exceed expectations. You will oversee critical operational functions such as new business and client onboarding, transfers of assets (incoming and outgoing), maintenance of existing accounts, talent acquisition, training, people and leadership development, process improvements, team engagement and overall team strategy and budgeting. You will operate in a multi-custody environment that requires expert knowledge of custodial platforms, operating disciplines, and vendor / partner management.

As an officer of the firm, you will work closely with the executive team to directly influence the strategic direction of the firm and deliver on any related objectives and key results for your functions. You will act as a steward of the firm and be a representative for AssetMark in critical cross-functional meetings, client events and the community.

This is a full-time position in our Phoenix, AZ office with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee broad Ops team of domestic and offshore associates
• Manage Objectives and Key Results

Set, drive, successfully manage, and report out on key metrics such as service level agreements, accuracy, productivity, cost per account, Advisor loyalty and team engagement.

Engage with the Product and Engineering team on a clear and executable roadmap of improvements

Conduct quarterly business reviews off / on site

Compensation : The Base Salary range for this position is between $175,000-$200,000. This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits. You may also be eligible for equity as an officer of the firm.
