Puff ‘n Stuff Catering and Events is looking for a Saucier Chef in our Orlando location. This role involves working with the kitchen team to create the dishes for our events, as well as working with the Executive Chef to develop new dishes and recipes.
Essential Functions
- Create stocks, sauces, gravies, pasta dishes and soups according to recipe for daily events
- Fill in at other kitchen stations as needed
- Practice safe and sanitary food preparation at all times.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of food leaving the kitchen for delivery or service at off site events.
Required Skills
Very knowledgeable about mixtures and spices that will create distinctive sauces and innovative foods.Speed, accuracy, and efficiency in producing food to recipes as stated on Special Event OrdersKnowledge in all areas of cooking preparation and productionRequired Education and Experience
