BayCare is currently in search of our newest Speech Therapist - Pool / PRN who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. Speech Therapist Responsibilities :

• Evaluates and develops plan of care to implement specific treatment programs for individual patients / residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of the profession of Speech Language Pathology.
• Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for therapists completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), Speech Language Pathology students and volunteers.
