Direct, hands-on experience with CNC machining equipment, whether hobby- or commercial-grade. Experience utilizing CAD / CAM software such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Mastercam.

- Demonstrated experience with digital design tools (2D or 3D) such as Fusion 360 or other CAD / CAM software.
- Possession of strong interpersonal acumen, an inherent capacity to discern the specific requirements of diverse customers within their requests, and a natural proficiency in tailoring the approach to satisfy those needs.
- A profound enthusiasm for the process of creation and fabrication (e.g., artistic pursuits, mechanical tinkering, crafts).
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, characterized by clarity and conciseness as a default standard.
