Education :

Graduate of a professional physical therapist education program accredited by the Commission of Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).

Bachelor’s Degree - Required

License :

Current Physical Therapist license from the State of Nebraska

Certifications :

BLS / CPR Certification.

Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) obtained within six full months from date of hire (only for staff scheduled in Home Health and Hospice)
