Job Description

Psychiatrist – Skilled Nursing Facility (Full-Time)

📍 Indianapolis, IN

Salary : $210,000 – $275,000 annually + bonus opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to provide high-quality behavioral health services in skilled nursing facilities across Indianapolis. This role focuses on geriatric and post-acute psychiatry, with strong interdisciplinary team support and opportunities for meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct evaluations and provide ongoing psychiatric care for SNF residents
  • Manage medication and treatment plans for behavioral health conditions
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and administrators
  • Participate in care team meetings and treatment planning
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care

What We’re Looking For

  • MD or DO with Board Certification / Eligibility in Psychiatry
  • Active (or eligible) Indiana medical license
  • Experience in geriatric psychiatry or SNF settings preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
