If you're comfortable with computers, can adapt quickly to new software (we may be upgrading our payroll system soon!), and have experience in construction payroll - we'd love to meet you.

Bonus points if you've worked with Sage 300 CRE or similar systems.

What You'll Do

• Process weekly field payroll
• Generate reports and complete weekly certified payroll
• Submit certified payroll data into LCP Tracker and other GC tracking systems
• Submit monthly CCIP payroll data into systems such as AON, Alliant Wrap, etc.
• Review and edit field employees' daily time entries
• Communicate with field employees about any time or pay discrepancies
• Process weekly child support payments
• Credit card receipt management
• Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadlines
• Work efficiently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
